Most of my consultancy work is with organisations dealing with fast-changing marketplaces and those looking to implement radical new strategies.

I start with the end in mind by developing a clear understanding of your organisation’s goals.

I have a proven ability to ask the right questions and use the right tools to arrive at a clear-headed and holistic assessment of a situation. In particular, I use Lumina psychometric tools when dealing with relational issues.

To design and deliver the right solution, I call on my wide-ranging knowledge and experience of HR interventions. Before becoming an independent HR consultant and executive coach, I spent 20 years in a variety of HR roles in international businesses. I am also a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
